To set
xtreme as your home page click HERE

- Set home page
- This
step is optional, but in order to get the full benefit from Xtreme
Home Page, you should visit our web site regularly, so setting
it as your home page is strongly recommended.
- Open
Internet Explorer 5/6 and hit the button STOP
- Click
Tools and choose Internet Options
- Click
General (the first tab in the dialog box)
- In
the Address box type http://www.Xtreme.net.au
- Press
Apply and OK when done.

- Set to use Dial-Up Networking
- Click
Connection (the 4th tab in the dialog box)
- Select
Xtreme as the Dial-Up Networking Connection to be used
- Click
'Always dial my default connection', ensuring there is a black
dot next to this item (This can be set as you want, whether you
want to Open IE5 and then it dials to the Internet or do it the
normal way which is never dial a connection) so then you have
to connect manually in order to browse the net and use IE5
- Click
Set Default

- Check if Dial-Up settings are correct
- Still
within Connection options, Click the Settings button (on
the right). The Dial-Up Settings box will now appear
- Ensure
that there are no check in the various options in the top half
of the box
- Ensure
that the User name box contains your User name only without typing
the e-mail address
- Ensure
that the Password box contains your Password, unless you want
to be prompted to enter it every time you connect to the Internet
- Press
OK when done
- Tip:
- If
you click on Properties you can actually see your Dial-Up
Settings.
- If
you click on Advanced you may choose various options
such as if you are idle for some time you may be disconnected.
Another feature is Auto Redial where it will Dial-Up until
you find a line.
- In order
to experience the full functionality of the Internet you will need
this feature to be enabled on your browser, without this setting
you will experience various ERROR messages when you surf the net.

Open Internet Explorer

Hit the STOP button on your browser
- Click Tools >> Internet Options...
- Click Advanced
- Scroll
down and locate Java VM and tick all the options below as shown
below:
